Booking online is the quickest and most effective way to reserve your place. However you can also post or email your application if you are unable to book online. You will need to contact the course co-ordinator who will send you the application form. This will take a little longer so please call us if you have an urgent enquiry.
We write to confirm that we have received your booking. About two weeks before the course starts we will send you joining instructions, along with details of local hotels. This information is also available in the resources section of this website
No, all course material will be provided to you on the day however, at times some course tutors will recommend prior reading or to bring examples of issues. Information about these will be sent to you with your joining instructions.
If you cancel your booking two weeks before the course start date we will refund your fees minus a £50 administration charge. If you cancel your booking with less than two weeks notice your fee is not refundable. You may change a booking (i.e. change delegate) at anytime with no charge.
