Research Gate profile

Hannah is the group's statistician, holding a master's degree in applied data science and Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring that dose estimates and uncertainties are calculated efficiently and accurately within the group.

With a keen attention to detail, Hannah has contributed to various research papers during her year of experience as a radiation protection scientist. Notably, she worked on a study assessing the occupational radiation doses routinely received by orthopaedic surgeons and any potentially influential demographic factors, in collaboration with the British Orthopaedic Association (BOA). In addition to her statistical expertise, she is trained in calculating dose estimates and uncertainties for the Chromosome Dosimetry Service (CDS) and is also proficient in laboratory techniques, enabling her to conduct cytogenetic analysis as part of her broader responsibilities.
