The Medical Exposures Group (MEG) produces a number of publications to support the community in learning from incidents. These include the Safer Imaging E-Bulletin series, which provides key updates and learning from the analysis of data within the National incident learning system for clinical imaging, MRI and nuclear medicine.

The Safer ImagingE-Bulletin accompanies additional reports produced from the anonymised data. This learning provides an opportunity for professionals within the imaging community to learn from a larger dataset and is aimed at supporting services in reviewing local practices to enhance patient safety.
