Iain has over 18 years' experience of radiological assessments and the development of tools and models for radiation protection. His work has covered the impact of radioactivity in the environment, emergency response and the transport of radioactive materials. He is part of the development team of the PC-CREAM software for routine discharges of radioactivity and extended the program to consider the impact on non-human biota. He was part of a working group associated with the IAEA Transport Safety Standards Committee tasked with updating A1 and A2 activity limits on packages.
